Due to high demand for DOG SITTING, we are currently not accepting new dog sitting clients. We would be happy to put you on a waiting list for future availability. Please contact us for more information.

Dogs are our best friends, companions and trusty sidekicks - but they can’t go everywhere with us. That’s where Hearth & Hound comes in! You can leave for long day at the office or an even longer holiday and come back to a tidy home and a happy pup who had as much [or more] fun than you did! We are fully bonded and insured and are committed to:

  • Loving your dog like he or she was our own
  • Using only positive, humane methods with all dogs in our care
  • Giving your dog at least one hour of outdoor exercise every day at the appropriate activity level (we love senior dogs!)
  • Never leaving your dog alone for more than 6 hours at a time
  • Contacting you daily with photos and updates of your dog’s activities

$95/night for 1 dog*

$165/night for 2 dogs*

$235/night for 3 dogs*

*Additional charges apply for holidays, puppies under one year, sitting outside of the city of San Francisco, and late returns

board & train

Board & Train (B&T) is a combination of dog sitting and dog training. This option gives your dog uninterrupted training and often leads to accelerated learning due to the consistency and frequency of the training we provide.

  • Each night of B&T includes 1.5 hours of dedicated training time per night (24 hour period).

$200/night for 1 dog*

*Please contact us for more information about B&T.

Lauren is an amazing dog sitter. She has a wonderful rapport with our pup and he is always so excited to see her. She always keeps us updated with pictures and texts. Highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to spoil their pup while they are away.

Having Lauren watch my dog is always a great experience. She is reliable and communicative. She [initially] stayed with our dog for nearly a week. It was the most relaxing time I’ve ever spent away from our dog, since I was able to rest easy knowing she was in such good hands. Lauren sent us updates regularly, and we came home to a happy pup.
